The flat (3-room apartment 4 beds, 62 sqm) is in a quiet location, right on the edge of the forest and yet only a few minutes' walk from the valley station in Laax and the Rocksresort with great restaurants and bars. The shuttle bus stop is directly at the garage entrance. Bringing pets or smoking is not allowed in this flat.
