There is a Migros Delizio coffee capsule machine in the flat for free use. However, you have to bring the capsules yourself. Entertainment is also provided: TV, radio and various games can be found in the flat. In addition, the location offers direct access to the hiking, biking and skiing area of Films, Laax, Falera. An extensive network of cross-country skiing trails extends over Flims, Trin Mulin and Sagogn. Shopping facilities can be found in the village (Volg), in Ilanz (Coop and Migros). A round bistro table with four chairs is available on the terrace.

Visitor's tax, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the total price, as well as one set of terry linen per person and kitchen linen.

In the middle of the beautiful mountain village of Falera lies the cosily furnished 2-room holiday flat, only 5-10 minutes walk from the mountain railways and the Snowwonderland for kids. The quietly located ground floor flat offers space for a maximum of 4 guests. It has a large living room with two cupboard beds (approx 190cm long), a beautiful view and a terrace, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The family bathroom has a bathtub which can also be used as a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer.The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, kettle, fondue and raclette set and many other kitchen utensils. A TV, radio and various games are available for free use.
