Sunny 1.5 room apartment on the southern slope of Flims Dorf with a terrace with beautiful view of the mountains. In the winter you have a free shuttle bus in front of the apartment complex which brings you every 30 minutes to the skistation and back. One parking lot (N°9) in the underground parking is included (elevator from the parking to the apartment level). Wireless Lan is included.

The cleaning costs 70 CHF and the linens and towels cost 20 CHF per person.

Description of the accommodation
Das Wohn-, Esszimmer und der Sitzplatz (17 m2) hat eine wunderschöne Panoramasicht auf die Signina Bergkette und das Dorf Flims. Im Wohn-, Esszimmer befindet sich ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine kleine Polstergruppe (Bettsofa). Ein Flachbildschirm-TV mit Kabelanschluss, DVD-Player, Radio, mit CD-Wechsler und vielen DVD und CD sind vorhanden. Der Sitzplatz ist ab Mittag bis spät in den Abend besonnt (Südhang). Gratis Internet (Wifi und Kabel). Fonduegeschirr, Raclette-Ofen und Toaster gehören zum Inventar. Der Skibus hält im Winter direkt vor der Ueberbauung. Der reservierte Tiefgaragenplatz Nummer 9 ermöglicht ein trockenes Abstellen ihres Auto. Lift von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnungsebene.
